If a claim by your landlord is found to be valid, per your Tenant Acknowledgement Agreement, you are responsible for reimbursing Rhino for the full amount we pay to your landlord.
If your landlord files a claim with Rhino, our claims team will review details provided by your landlord and notify you that a claim has been filed on your policy. We also think it’s important for you to have the chance to share your side of what happened. You will have the opportunity to provide our claims team with documents, photos, or other details about the submitted claim that will help us make a determination if the claim is valid. If the claim is found to be valid and paid out, you are responsible for reimbursing Rhino the full amount of the claim that was paid out by Rhino.
