Editing my Rhino Security Deposit Insurance policy
Rhino security deposit insurance policies can be edited for 14 days after the “Coverage Start Date” listed on your policy. Be sure to double check your policy for any mistakes, such as incorrect lease dates, monthly rent, and address.
How to edit your policy
Your landlord or property management team can make edits to your security deposit insurance policy within 14 days of your coverage start date with your approval. When they request a change, you will receive notifications to confirm.
If you need to request a change to your policy, please reach out to your property manager or landlord directly.
Rhino’s support team can also help make edits to a policy, but all changes will first need to be confirmed with the landlord.
How to accept policy edits:
- You will receive an email to notify you of the policy edit.
- Log into your renter dashboard.
- A prompt will appear on your policy, notifying you of the change requested, and any resulting pricing change.
- Review the change and Confirm.
Please note that changes may impact your premium. If your premium increases, you will be charged upon confirmation of changes. If your premium decreases, any applicable refunds will be processed upon confirmation of changes.
