Claims can be filed on your Rhino policy if you fail to pay your rent or cause damages to your apartment during the lease. You will be promptly notified if a claim is filed on your policy. Our licensed claims adjusters will thoroughly investigate each claim filed and ensure that the property manager is not charging more money to repair damage than what is appropriate.
When a claim is accepted by Rhino you will be responsible for paying the claimed amount back to Rhino according to your Tenant Agreement. If you have questions or concerns about the claim, we would be happy to hear your side of the story.
How to dispute a claim:
- Check your email for a notification from our Claims team
- Reply with any documents, photos or details that will help explain your situation.
Our Claims team may ask additional questions and will work with you to investigate each claim.
