Claims can be filed on your Rhino policy if you fail to pay your rent or cause damages to your apartment during the lease. Our licensed claims adjusters will investigate each claim submitted by the property manager and review the supporting documentation prior to approving and paying out the claim.
Claims process
When a claim is accepted by Rhino you will be responsible for paying the claimed amount back to Rhino according to your Tenant Agreement. If you have questions or concerns about the claim, we would be happy to hear your side of the story.
How to dispute a claim:
- Check your email for a notification from our Claims team
- Reply with any documents, photos or details that will help explain your situation.
Our Claims team may ask additional questions and will work with you to investigate each claim.
