Rhino policies can be renewed if the resident intends to renew their lease. As early as 90 days before their “Lease End Date” the resident will be able to renew their policy.
Most Rhino policies will renew, automatically, 15 days before the “Lease End Date” listed on the policy. Policies that are late on premium payments, or have had claims filed on them, will not auto-renew.
Residents will need to pay off their balance with Rhino before their current policy can be renewed. If the policy cannot be renewed, the resident will need to complete a new enrollment.

Residents will need to renew their coverage from their renter dashboard.Rhino admins cannot renew a policy for a resident.
