There are two types of payment schedules for a Rhino policy: monthly and in-full.
If you choose to pay in full, the entire cost of the policy will be drawn from your card upon sign-up. There will be no recurring charges.
If you choose monthly payments, you will be charged immediately upon completing enrollment. You will then be charged automatically each month, from the card used to complete enrollment.
You can find information about your past and upcoming payment by logging into your account.
Finding your payment date
Your payment date will be the same day of the month as your coverage start date. Your coverage start date is the date after you completed your Rhino policy.
For example, if you completed your policy on December 1, 2021, your coverage start date will be December 2, 2021. You would then be charged on the 2nd of each month afterwards. The date your payment is due cannot be adjusted after enrollment.
Find your payment date by logging into your renter dashboard. How to make payment:
Rhino payments are drawn automatically from the payment method on file. No action is required to make payment each month.
