How to Navigate the Rhino Renter Portal

Manage your policy, update your information, and make payments all in one place through the Rhino + Jetty Renter Portal.

Accessing Your Account

Visit www.sayrhino.com and log in to the Renter Portal. Once logged in, locate your name in the upper-right corner of the page. Hover over it and select “Account” to access your dashboard and policy details.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Your Password” on the login page and follow the prompts. Contact Rhino + Jetty support if you run into any issue .

 

Overview Tab

The Overview tab gives you a snapshot of your account. Here, you can:

  • View a summary of your Rhino + Jetty policy
  • View your Cash Deposit (if applicable)
  • Check for any action items that require attention
  • Explore additional product offers available to you

 

Policies Tab

The Policies tab allows you to manage all your policies in one place, including:

  • Active policies
  • Canceled policies
  • Expired policies

By selecting “Policy Details,” you can:

  • Review policy information
  • Add a roommate
  • Request a policy cancellation
  • View your payment history
  • Download your policy documents

 

Billing and Payments

In the Billing and Payments section, you can:

  • View your current payment details
  • Update your payment method as needed

 

Updating Personal Information

Hover over your name in the upper-right corner and select “Settings.” From there, you can edit:

  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Note: To update your first or last name, you’ll need to contact Rhino + Jetty support directly.
