Finding your policy documents

Your policy documents confirm the completion of your Rhino policy, and explain the specifications of your coverage like:

• The dates your policy is valid through.
• The address and unit being covered.
• The amount of coverage being provided.

How to access policy documents:

1. Log in to your renter dashboard.
2. From your renter dashboard, select your Active policy.
3. Click the Download button on the right side of your policy page, in the box that reads “Policy Documents”                                                                                             
4. Multiple tabs will open, each with a different document.
5. Download the necessary documents.

Note: Your property manager will also have a copy of your policy documents on file
