Your policy documents confirm the completion of your Rhino policy, and explain the specifications of your coverage like:
- The dates your policy is valid through.
- The address and unit being covered.
- The amount of coverage being provided.
How to access policy documents:
- Log in to your account page.
- From your account page, select your Active policy.
- Click the Download button on the right side of your policy page, in the box that reads “Policy Documents”
- Multiple tabs will open, each with a different document.
- Download the necessary documents.
Note: Your property manager will also have a copy of your policy documents on file
