Transferring UnitsIf you are moving from one unit to another, it’s important to make sure your policy follows you. Rhino coverage is associated with a specific unit, so your policy needs to reflect your current information. Updating my policyWe are unable to update your current policy to a new address that is outside of the 14 day revision window. After that window ends, the policy for your original unit will need to stay in place, until you and the property mutually agree to its cancellation. After a new, updated policy is completed and in effect, your original policy is canceled early to avoid an overlapping policy period. You must submit your cancellation request through your account portal and your property manager must approve the cancellation. How to transfer coverage to a new unitContact your landlord and ask them about the sign-up process to enroll for your new unit. Log into your account and navigate to the My Policies tab to complete the invitation and enroll into your new policy. Submit a policy cancellation request and let your property manager know that the cancellation is pending approval. |
