What is Renter Guarantee?

Our Renter Guarantee product is designed for applicants who do not qualify for a standard deposit. If an applicant does not qualify for a standard deposit, is conditionally approved, or has limited or no credit history, they may apply for Rhino’s Renter Guarantee policy. This product helps provide an approval path for renters who may otherwise need a co-signer or additional support.
