Inviting residents to apply for Renter Guarantee

The steps to invite a resident depend on how your property is set up in the Rhino + Jetty portal. 

Note: Some tabs are only available to integrated partners. If you’re not sure whether your property is integrated, contact our support team. 

Step 1: Check Your Invitation Setup 

  1. Log in to at sayrhino.com 
  2. Check whether you have an Invitations tab on the left side

If you have the Invitations tab (non-integrated partners):

Renter Guarantee invitations follow the same process as Security Deposit Alternative. When entering the coverage amount, adjust it to align with your property's coverage requirement.

  1. Click “Invitations” on the left side of the page.
  2. Select “Send Invitation”

  1. Enter the resident's email address, rental address, and unit number
  2. Enter the lease dates, monthly rent, and coverage amount
  3. Click "Send Invitation"

If you use the Renters tab (integrated partners and non-integrated partners sending enrollment links):

Option 1 — Invite from an Existing Resident Record

  1. Navigate to the Renters tab and search for the renter you want to invite.
  2. Select the renter's record. A panel will appear on the right side of the screen.
  3. Note that Deposit Alternative will be pre-selected. Click "Switch or Edit Product Offer."
  4. If needed, update the lease dates and rent amount, then proceed to the next page.
  5. Select Renter Guarantee if not already selected, then fill in the renter's personal information.
  6. On the next page, enter the renter's citizenship, employment, and income information.
  7. Select the appropriate coverage option and submit. The renter will receive an email with a link to complete their application.

Option 2 — Send an Enrollment Link

  1. Navigate to the Renters tab and click "Send Enrollment Link" in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the renter's email address and property address. If a matching record is found, the renter's name and address will populate automatically.
  3. If needed, update the lease dates and monthly rent amount, then proceed to the next page.
  4. Select Renter Guarantee if not already selected, then fill in the renter's personal information.
  5. On the next page, enter the renter's citizenship, employment, and income information.
  6. Select the appropriate coverage option and click "Send Enrollment Link." The renter will receive an email with a link to complete their application.
