Who Needs to Purchase Jetty Deposit?

Only one leaseholder per unit needs to purchase a Jetty Deposit policy. Once purchased, the coverage applies to the entire unit.

What Happens If the Policyholder Moves Out?

If the leaseholder who purchased the Jetty Deposit moves out while another leaseholder remains in the unit, the existing policy will need to be canceled.

The remaining leaseholder will then need to purchase a new Jetty Deposit policy to maintain coverage for the unit.
