Consolidated Platform FAQs

  1. Timing and effort
  • How much work is this on my end? Not much. We need a technical point of contact, confirmation of your property and unit list, and PMS credentials or access if the integration is changing.
  • How long does it take? Once we have the appropriate permissions we can complete the migration in 2-3 days.
  • Can we push this to next quarter? We don’t have the bandwidth for this right now. We don’t want this change to disrupt your day to day, which is why we’ve made this as seamless as possible. Once you grant us the appropriate permissions, we’ll handle the heavy lifting.

2. What actually changes

  • Will my residents notice anything? No. This will have no impact on residents. Jetty Deposit and Jetty Credit are separate products from the Greenlight Rent platform, so this rebrand does not affect their policy, pricing, email communications. They’ll continue using it exactly as they do today.
    • If residents ask about a new policy or a replacement down the line, you can say:

“Jetty’s programs are being phased out, so any new security deposit alternative policy now goes through Greenlight Rent instead. Your current Jetty policy isn’t affected until then”

  • How will this impact existing policies? Existing policies stay in place and claims are still filed on the Jetty claims site.
  • Will pricing or coverage change? No. Existing policies keep their current pricing and coverage.
  • What happens to our historical data? Are we carrying all this data over? All your existing Jetty policies carry over and will be visible in the Rhino portal from day one.
  • How do we access the new portal? We’ll email all users portal login details as soon as the migration is complete.
  • What happens to our Jetty enrollment links? Old Jetty URLs auto-redirect to the new Greenlight link.

3. Integration and PMS

  • Which PMS platforms are supported? Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata.
  • We have properties on both Rhino and Jetty today. What happens to the duplicates? That's exactly what this fixes. We reconcile them into one record per property.
  • Will this break our current integration during the switch? There's no planned interruption. If a property does stop syncing, it shows up on our weekly integration monitoring and we'll reach out to troubleshoot the connection.

4. Branding and the portal

  • Why is the portal being renamed to Greenlight? The refresh is cosmetic. Same portal, same workflows, new name and colors. Nothing about how you work in it changes.
  • Is Jetty going away? What do we tell our on-site teams? Jetty isn't going away, it's being consolidated with Rhino onto one platform. Your existing policies stay exactly as they are, and coverage doesn't change.

5. Support and Next Steps

  • Who do I contact when something goes wrong? Your Implementation Manager during migration (Mdarboe@sayrhino.com), and our support team afterward. We’re here to help!
