Rhino policies can be edited for 14 days after the “Coverage Start Date” listed on your policy. Be sure to double check your policy for any mistakes, such as incorrect lease dates, monthly rent, and address.
How to edit your policy
Your landlord or property management team can make edits to your policy with your approval. When they request a change, you will receive notifications to confirm.
If you need to request a change to your policy, please reach out to your property manager or landlord directly.
Rhino’s support team can also help make edits to a policy, but all changes will first need to be confirmed with the landlord.
How to accept policy edits:
- You will receive an email to notify you of the policy edit.
- Log into to your account page.
- A prompt will appear on your policy, notifying you of the change requested, and any resulting pricing change.
- Review the change and Confirm.
If you have questions about why the change was necessary, confirm with your landlord.
