Rhino security deposit insurance policies are set to be renewed automatically at the end of a lease term. The policy will renew 15 days before the lease end date listed on your policy. Follow this link for information on how to cancel an active policy.
You can stop this renewal as early as 90 days before your lease end date by logging into your account.
How to stop auto renewal:
- Log into your account.

There will be a notification on your policy
- Click Cancel auto-renewal
- Select I’m Moving Out.
- This will ensure that your policy does not renew
If you do not opt out, your policy will automatically renew if your policy payments are current and you will then need to request cancellation of the renewal policy by following these instructions.
