What does a pending policy status mean?

A Rhino security deposit insurance policy will be listed as “pending” if there is information missing like your unit number.

A Rhino security deposit insurance policy must have a unit number associated with it in order to be activated. If there is no unit number, N/A must be entered.

How to add a unit number:

If you’re missing a unit number please reach out to your property manager to update your information. Once your unit number has been added your policy will be listed as Active.
