Updating your payment method and paying off a balance
Important Notes:
- Any past-due charges on your account will be processed automatically when you update your payment method.
- Updating your payment method from the Billing & Payments screen will not update your payment information for any Claims payment plans or for Loss of Employment coverage.

How to Update Your Payment Method
- Visit sayrhino.com and sign in to your renter account.
- Click your name in the upper-right corner and select “Account”
- At the top of the page, click on “Billing & Payments.”
- On the left-hand side, select “Payment Information.”
- Your current card details will appear on the right. Click “Update Payment” to enter your new payment information.
- After entering your new details, click “Save Payment Method.”
- Refresh your browser to confirm that your updated payment information is reflected in your account.
