Portal User Types

Your account view may be restricted based on your user type in Portal. Please see the different user types as well as their permissions below. 

• Listing Agents:
  • Can send and edit invitations to applicants as well as request edits to completed policies
  • Will be notified of every policy completed at an address they are associated with in portal
  • They cannot file claims.

• Property Managers:
  • Can send and edit invitations, request policy edits, and file claims on renter’s policies
  • Will be notified of every policy completed at an address they are associated with in portal
  • Can only view claims they themselves have sent
  • Can close and withhold cash deposits but cannot withdraw funds

• Property Manager Admins:
  • Have the same abilities as Property Managers
  • Can create new users and add them to properties as needed
  • Can add new properties
  • Can view all claims for all properties they are listed under
  • Can close and withhold cash deposits, as well as withdraw funds
