Uploading new properties to Rhino portal
A few important things to note:
If your property is integrated with Yardi or RealPage, please reach out to our support team for assistance with adding new properties or units to the Rhino portal.
Only the user type "Property Manager Administrator" can add properties and units to the Rhino portal. You can check your account permissions here by clicking the What's my user type? button.
To add a single property, just follow the steps below.
- Login to your account at portal.sayrhino.com
- Select the Properties tab.

Select "Add a new property"

Select "Create New Property"
- Fill out the "Add New Property" Form and select "Add Property"
If you need to add 10+ properties to the Rhino portal please reach out to the support team with the following information
- A unit directory in CSV format (not a rent roll, please!)
- Property legal entities (to whom Rhino would pay any claims to, eg. Rhino LLC)
- List of email addresses for users (if you'd like other team members to have access to this property)
If you need to add a unit to a property already established in the Rhino portal, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Properties" tab on the left side of the page
- Select the address you need to add a unit for
- Click "Edit" on the top right side of the page
- Scroll to the "Property Units" section and type in the unit number (Make sure to click "enter" on your keyboard once you type in the unit number so it saves. Do this for each unit.)
- Click "Update Property"
