- Review and Update Information by [Date]
- A 14-day revision window built into every policy for leasing information updates at enrollment or renewal
- Window opens from the coverage or lease start date, whichever is later
- If no changes are needed, this banner can be disregarded
- Ready for Renewal
- Policy is within the renewal window and their payments are up to date
- Resident can renew up to 90 days before their coverage end date
- Renewal at Risk — Unpaid Claim/Unpaid Premium
- Policy is within the renewal window but an outstanding balance is preventing renewal
- Once resolved, the resident can renew or reinstate coverage if the window has passed
- Coverage Expiring Soon
- Your resident has canceled their upcoming renewal
- The banner will specify the reason:
- Renter isn't moving out — typically means the resident has decided to pay a cash deposit instead
- Renter is moving out
- Policy Did Not Renew
- The automatic or manual renewal attempt failed due to a payment issue
- Incomplete/Missing Unit — Please Update Policy
- The unit number is missing from the resident's policy
- Note: For single family homes, enter N/A from the dropdown
- The unit number can be updated at any time while the policy is active
- The unit number is missing from the resident's policy
- Premium Owed
- Your resident has unpaid premiums owed to Rhino + Jetty
- Appears on all past and current policies, even if the balance applies to only one of their policies
- Policy Cancellation Requested
- Your resident has requested to cancel their coverage
- A countdown shows how much time your team has to respond — cancellations can be approved or denied from your portal
- Residents can only submit one cancellation request
- If denied and a cancellation is still needed, contact Rhino + Jetty to cancel on the resident's behalf
- If your team does not respond, the policy will automatically cancel after 7 business days, unless the resident requested a future cancellation date
- Canceled policies cannot be reinstated
- Cancellation Request — Approved
- Your resident's policy has been canceled, either by your team or automatically after the 7 business day window
- Claims Window Open — Ends [Date]
- Appears after a policy expires to show how much time remains to file claims for unpaid rent or damages
